One of the world’s largest cloud security providers delivers real‑time analysis across thousands of cloud services and millions of websites. Rapid growth and expanding geographic demand forced the company to quickly deploy high‑availability, low‑latency connections, but continued reliance on carrier hotels created single points of failure and threatened the speed and reliability of its platform.

QTS delivered a diversified connectivity strategy by deploying PoPs across its 25 data centers in 17 U.S. and European markets, providing access to carriers, SDNs, IXs and direct cloud links and using its Switchboard self‑service platform for rapid provisioning. Over the partnership the provider deployed 30 sites (now diversified across eight QTS locations), achieving lower latency, stronger resilience to outages and attacks, better economics on interconnects, and the ability to scale connectivity to support ongoing growth.
