Istanbul-based TAM Faktoring, a fast-growing provider of factoring services for Turkish micro-businesses and SMEs, expanded rapidly after launching operations in 2012 and needed to ensure consistent product and market knowledge across a 250-person sales force—many of whom are not multi-lingual—to maintain a competitive edge.
Partnering with SIMGROUP and using Qstream’s mobile, scenario-based reinforcement platform, TAM delivered brief challenges in reps’ native languages, captured analytics for targeted coaching, and drove competition via leaderboards. Nearly 200 reps per program reached 96% engagement and achieved 96% average mastery within six months, with managers able to quickly identify knowledge gaps and reps applying new skills on the job.
