LifeAid, a rapidly growing beverage company selling through e-commerce, major retailers and channel partners, needed a manufacturing and multi-channel warehouse management solution to unify systems and provide inventory traceability. Although they ran financials on Sage Intacct and used Magento for e‑commerce, none of their systems were integrated to handle high order volumes, multiple co-packers, 3PLs and regional warehouses—so they engaged QStock Inventory for a cloud-based inventory management and traceability solution.

QStock Inventory was implemented across all warehouses and product lines, integrating Sage Intacct, Magento, ShipStation, UPS and FedEx to create a best‑in‑class environment; as a result LifeAid scaled from 3 locations to 27, expanded into Canada and the EU, became FDA lot‑audit ready, added a CBD product line and manufactured and fulfilled hundreds of thousands of orders. QStock Inventory enabled accurate lot and expiry tracking at co‑packers and owned sites, minimized unnecessary movement of goods and accelerated fulfillment times.
