Qsic was engaged by one of the largest liquor retailers in Australia to explore new revenue opportunities by moving beyond a sole music proposition. Their challenge was to discover how in-store audio could drive a positive impact on over-the-counter sales and complement their existing commercialization strategy.
The solution implemented by Qsic involved seeding targeted audio advertisements during specific periods and in specific zones within the stores. As a result, Qsic drove a significant sales uplift, achieving a 58% increase on the main floor and a 26% uplift across hyper-localized areas for individual products.
