EZRide, operator of the Ryde4Life program in New Jersey, connects older adults and people with disabilities to ride-hailing services but faced challenges with scalability, financial management, data security, and operational oversight. To solve these issues, EZRide partnered with QRyde and deployed QRyde’s secure, multi-user software platform, including role-based access, a self-service web app, real-time tracking, and automated financial management.

QRyde integrated Uber and Lyft, implemented its Scheduling Engine™ and 360 Auto-Dispatch, and provided HIPAA-compliant data management and robust reporting to streamline scheduling, dispatching, payment processing, and billing. The results: a 763% increase in rides (16,034 in 2020 to 130,868 in 2024), under 2% no-show rates, simplified financial oversight, and more efficient, accessible transportation for seniors and people with disabilities.
