My Ride North Texas (MRNT) serves residents across a 16-county area of North Central Texas, originally focused on veterans but now open to all. Facing no central transportation hub—ride seekers had to call individual providers to compare prices and arrange accessible trips—MRNT engaged QRyde to provide a solution using its trip-planning Mobility as a Service (MaaS) platform.

QRyde built a one-stop MaaS website where riders and community organizations create profiles, specify destinations and special mobility needs, and view matched transportation providers with estimated fares from a network of 100+ providers. QRyde’s solution enabled MRNT to coordinate 93 rides between 12/01/2020 and 01/20/2021, streamlining access and reducing the need for callers to contact multiple vendors.
