Montagut boosts loyalty across 300 China stores with QPSoftware

Montagut, a French luxury clothing brand with a significant presence in China, sought to enhance its digital commerce and customer retention in the competitive Chinese market. The vendor, QPSoftware, was engaged to develop a new e-commerce website and a mobile loyalty program application.

QPSoftware architected a mobile-friendly e-commerce platform using PrestaShop and developed a custom iOS/Android loyalty app featuring a gamified reward system, social integrations, and a store locator. This solution was built on CEGID’s Business Retail software. The project successfully modernized the brand's digital presence to increase sales and improve customer retention. QPSoftware subsequently began work on a new version of the app to further link online and in-store purchases.

Montagut
