Turkish Exporters’ Assembly makes its ambitious growth strategy to happen with BSC and QPR Metrics

The Turkish Exporters’ Assembly was commissioned by the Ministry of Economy to create a road map for a national strategy to boost exports to USD 500 billion by 2023. The challenge was to execute this complex strategy across 26 different sectors, requiring a robust performance management system. To accomplish this, they selected the QPR Metrics software to implement a Balanced Scorecard methodology.

The solution implemented by QPR, through its value-added-reseller Ironman Consulting, involved creating customized strategy maps and performance scorecards for all 26 sectors. The QPR Metrics system enabled the tracking of real-time progress against KPIs and critical success factors, facilitating oversight and coordination. This allowed for effective monitoring of targets, risk reporting, and the status of action plans, providing the structure needed to drive the ambitious national export strategy forward.
