St1, a Finnish energy company, faced significant inefficiency and complexity in its operations after acquiring multiple service station chains. The challenge included managing numerous overlapping systems and dealing with poor data quality. QPR implemented a solution using its Operational Development Methodology to analyze strategy, harmonize operations, and define a new target architecture. This allowed St1 to successfully roll out a renewed platform and eliminate system redundancies. Furthermore, QPR's support proved critical in a subsequent project, enabling St1 to integrate the retail operations of Shell Norway in a record time of just six months, securing the company's continued growth path.
