Ruukki Construction, a global company specializing in steel and steel construction, sought an end-to-end view of its opportunity-to-delivery process to verify its manual process maps against reality. The challenge was to combine and analyze data from two separate systems, their CRM (Salesforce) and ERP (SAP), to uncover the real 'as-is' process and identify root causes of issues, as manual efforts could not provide the needed fact-based transparency.

QPR Software implemented its QPR ProcessAnalyzer in a three-week service project, working closely with Ruukki to combine data from the disparate systems and validate the results. The analysis revealed that the actual process did not match the company's planned scenario, uncovering unwanted practices and providing a starting point for improvement.
