Managing quality and performance with a QPR powered management system in the Vårgårda Council

Vårgårda Municipality, a local government in Sweden, needed a solution to integrate existing financial data and present it across the organization. This provided a solid foundation for control and continuous improvement, enabling all 900 employees to access the same information. The results were a successfully integrated quality management system that streamlined processes, improved internal communication, and minimized misunderstandings across the entire municipality.
