Sherweb, a value-added cloud solutions provider with more than 6,000 partners worldwide, faced a common channel challenge: partners struggled to quickly find and personalize Microsoft Partner Network (MPN) and Sherweb sales and marketing content while working in their everyday tools. To streamline partner enablement and speed go-to-market efforts, Sherweb became an early adopter of the QorusDocs Content Hub.
Using the QorusDocs Content Hub, Sherweb surfaced MPN and Sherweb assets directly inside Microsoft 365 apps (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams), allowing partners to find, tailor and share content without leaving their documents. The change produced measurable gains: partners report 50% less time searching for content, 5x faster pitch and proposal creation, and an estimated $20K annual productivity saving per user; 62% of QorusDocs users also reported higher sales productivity with a 20% increase in sales velocity. Sherweb has since launched its own Sherweb content hub and gained content-usage insights to drive smarter follow-up and partner success.
