Nimble, the Simple, Smart CRM for Microsoft 365, needed a secure, centralized way to give its more than a thousand global partners easy access to market-ready sales and RFP/RFI/RFQ materials. With partners previously sharing content via PowerPoint and email, Nimble selected QorusDocs and its Content Hub proposal and sales enablement software to provide a single, intelligent repository that integrates with the Microsoft 365 tools partners already use.
QorusDocs Content Hub was rolled out across Nimble’s partner base, giving partners instant, in‑app access to Nimble and Microsoft content in just a few clicks, no-cost access to MPN materials, and the ability to assemble and personalize proposals and presentations faster. The QorusDocs deployment is now part of partner onboarding, has increased partner usage and speed-to-content, and provides Nimble with measurable content-usage insights (e.g., highest use of battle cards and case studies) to refine materials and help partners close deals faster.
