Genetec Embraces Digital Productivity and Boosts Efficiency With Qorus

Genetec Inc., a Canadian provider of video surveillance, access control and license plate recognition solutions with over 1,200 employees, faced slow, inconsistent and laborious RFP and proposal production because content lived in multiple silos and was often out of date. To address this, Genetec turned to QorusDocs, a cloud-based proposal management solution integrated with Microsoft Office and Teams, to standardize and streamline its commercial content processes.

QorusDocs helped Genetec centralize content in SharePoint Online, apply metadata for accurate search, and integrate content directly into Word and Excel while enabling 24/7 access for a global sales force — licenses were expanded to almost 120 users.
