Genetec, a Canadian provider of surveillance, access control and license plate recognition solutions, needed to better manage the large volumes of commercial content it produces (training materials, marketing collateral, proposals and RFP responses). Having standardized on Microsoft Office 365, Genetec engaged QorusDocs to integrate Qorus add-ins for Office 365 and centralize content in Microsoft SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business so users could find and reuse approved content directly within Office applications.

QorusDocs worked with Genetec’s bid response team to centralize content, deploy Qorus add-ins and leverage Office Groups for collaboration, enabling users to find, insert and track best content without leaving Office.
