Hotel Casino Loutraki Raising the casino's dispute resolution rate to 98%

Club Hotel Casino Loutraki, one of Greece’s largest casino resorts, needed to replace an outdated analog VCR-based surveillance setup that was difficult to maintain and no longer met growing security demands or Greek government CCTV regulations. The casino wanted a more efficient, modern video security system to improve operations, streamline workflow, and support 24/7 surveillance across gaming and public areas. Qognify’s NiceVision solution was selected to meet these needs.

Qognify implemented NiceVision Pro with ControlCenter tools for centralized management, remote control, and real-time monitoring, along with synchronized audio and high-resolution recording in key areas. The new system used MPEG-4 compression and RAID5 storage to support continuous operation without interrupting security services. As a result, surveillance efficiency improved significantly, and 98% of disputes were resolved, up from 89%, with the surveillance director reporting about 2,500 incidents handled monthly.
