PwC, the global professional services firm, needed a flexible, DevOps- and Agile-friendly test management solution with stronger Jira integration, automation support, and better CI/CD alignment. In its initial demo, PwC was looking for a limited deployment for its India office, but it quickly saw the broader potential of QMetry’s test management tool for more of its projects.

QMetry implemented QMetry Test Management for Jira with import features to migrate key test assets, open APIs for DevOps integrations, and support for Cucumber and TestNG reporting. This helped PwC connect its DevOps stack, automate test case documentation through exploratory testing, and save significant time and effort, with the solution ultimately expanding across projects in the UK and US to more than 10,000 server users.
