A Qmarkets Case Study

Preview of the Israel Securities Authority Case Study

How the Israel Securities Authority is Engaging Employees to Boost Innovation

The Israel Securities Authority, a statutory body in Israel, wanted to include employees in its innovation efforts and support creative thinking across a closed, hierarchical organization. In 2017, it approached Qmarkets to implement an idea and innovation management program that could handle idea suggestion, ranking, sharing, and segmentation.

Qmarkets provided its platform and support for a month-long pilot that became the basis for longer-term use after strong participation. The project generated approximately 200 ideas, 314 comments, and 2,070 likes, with 70% engagement overall and 20% in the idea suggestion phase. The ISA said the system helped create cross-department collaboration, improve information sharing, and give employees a stronger sense of belonging.
