Case Study: Swiss Post achieves award‑winning, company‑wide innovation and €9.5M in value with Qmarkets

A Qmarkets Case Study

Preview of the Swiss Post Case Study

How Swiss Post’s Employee Innovation Program Achieved Award-Winning Results with Qmarkets

Swiss Post, a diversified group of more than 60,000 employees operating across mail, logistics, finance and transport, was losing valuable ideas in its decentralized operations and needed a scalable, multilingual platform to centralize employee innovation. To solve this, Swiss Post partnered with Qmarkets and implemented Qmarkets’ enterprise-grade Q-max innovation software (branded internally as Postidea and supported by modules like Q-scout and Q-Kaizen) to create a configurable, company-branded hub for idea submission and management.

Qmarkets delivered a modular, customizable platform with mobile and multilingual capabilities that enabled Swiss Post to run 120 idea challenges, collect 15,000+ ideas and realize €9.5 million in value, while winning an International Idea Management Award and fostering a culture of active engagement. Qmarkets’ solution also supported concrete initiatives—from testing self-driving electric buses to drone lab-sample delivery—by incentivizing participation and embedding innovation into daily operations.
