esolva, a Swiss energy services company with 120 employees, needed a better way to connect teams spread across four locations after a merger of three companies. Using Qmarkets’ innovation management platform, including Single Sign On and idea management capabilities, they wanted to create a more cohesive, scalable ideation process that could overcome the barriers of their old platform and support internal innovation.
With Qmarkets, esolva moved its first idea evaluation stage onto the platform, automated campaign workflows, and ran targeted idea campaigns with structured review and business-case development. The result was stronger employee participation, with about 80–100 users logging in and 40–50 actively engaging during live campaigns, plus two new products in prototype/pre-launch stages: a QR-code payment solution for disconnected utility customers and a customer portal that streamlined data submission and internal processing.
