Bank Leumi Implements Qmarkets Innovation Management Software

Bank Leumi, one of Israel’s largest banking groups, faced the challenge of embedding innovation across its organization to meet 21st‑century banking pressures and change its “organizational DNA.” To address this, in 2017 Bank Leumi selected Qmarkets and deployed Qmarkets’ Q‑Max idea and innovation management platform across its entire workforce of over 10,000 employees.

Qmarkets implemented Q‑Max to run internal innovation challenges, identify and train innovation leaders, and centralize idea capture and evaluation across departments. The Qmarkets platform was smoothly integrated into Bank Leumi’s processes, delivered a swift, organization‑wide rollout to more than 10,000 staff, and drove strong employee engagement with creative ideas generated and implemented across the bank.
