Virtua Health, one of New Jersey’s largest non‑profit health systems with over 9,000 employees and a wide physician network, faced inefficient one‑way pager communications that left nurses and clinicians unsure when messages were seen and slowed care coordination. Concerned about PHI exposure from standard SMS, Virtua Health selected QliqSOFT to provide a secure messaging solution (Secure Texting) that met their encryption, auditing, and workflow requirements.

QliqSOFT deployed an encrypted, HIPAA‑aligned secure texting platform (with desktop and mobile apps, single sign‑on, remote wipe and message acknowledgement) and later added QliqSOFT OnCall Scheduling.
