First Choice Neurology, the largest U.S. private neurology group in South Florida, faced the challenge of automating multi-site front-office workflows for 1,600+ patients across 45 clinics, communicating securely with staff, physicians and patients, and supporting practice growth while maintaining HIPAA compliance. To meet these needs they selected QliqSOFT and its digital care suite—Secure Messaging, Chatbot and Virtual Visit (including the Neuro2Go on-demand consult)—implemented beginning December 2020.

QliqSOFT deployed an automated patient communications platform with customizable chatbots, secure texting and virtual visits, and trained FCN staff to build location- and physician-specific workflows. The rollout across 45 clinics over two years cut staff overtime by 22%, sped throughput by about 19 minutes per patient, increased clinic revenue by 24%, enabled 2–3 additional daily appointments at some sites, and achieved a 4.8/5 patient satisfaction score while supporting post-discharge stroke follow-up.
