American Health Associates Streamlines Staff Dispatch and Requisitions with Qliq

American Health Associates, one of the country’s largest clinical laboratory organizations serving over 3,500 nursing homes across the Eastern U.S., struggled with manual telephone dispatch and fax-based requisitions that tied up phone lines, required more staff, and were prone to fax availability and delivery issues. QliqSOFT deployed its Qliq app for dispatch messaging and Snap & Sign for photographing and routing requisitions, enabling phlebotomists to receive assignments, reply, and send requisition images directly to the home office or upload to the EMR. The result was streamlined scheduling, higher compliance and faster document delivery — American Health Associates now supports more than 300 users sending about 465,000 messages per week and reports a “great deal” increase in requisition submissions since implementing QliqSOFT.
