VIP Parts, Tires & Service is the largest privately owned U.S. automotive aftermarket chain with 56 locations across Maine, New Hampshire and Massachusetts and a complex footprint spanning retail, wholesale, fleet and commercial divisions. The company needed to replace one‑dimensional merchandising reports with multilevel merchandising and business‑unit views, integrate disparate data from multiple systems, and increase visibility of operational KPIs across the organization.

VIP deployed QlikView to 140 senior, departmental and district managers across six functions (Executive, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain and Payroll), consolidating millions of POS and operational transactions into a single, drill‑down‑capable application. The rollout delivered SKU‑level analysis, real‑time operational scorecards, and role‑specific views, moving reporting from spreadsheets to interactive dashboards and improving the company’s ability to identify issues and track performance.
