In 2016 Contra Costa partnered with Qlik to build intuitive, human-centered dashboards and embed analysts with operational teams. The result: 25+ focused dashboards (including a Whole Person Care case‑manager tool and public COVID-19 dashboards) that deliver real-time, actionable data—helping target the top at‑risk patients, meet quality targets, preserve funding, expose disparities, and provide public transparency (2.5 million dashboard views in four months).
