Transbank, Chile’s leading payments processor handling over nine million transactions a day, needed to become a more data-driven, future-ready company. Working with UpSociative, Transbank migrated to Qlik Cloud Analytics and built AI-powered tools—including euGenIA (based on Qlik Insight Advisor) and Qlik AutoML—to unify data and deliver real-time insights. The implementation cut reporting from weeks to hours, created a single source of truth, improved customer satisfaction and retention (rising NPS), and met stringent security and compliance needs.
