Groupe Pasteur Mutualité is a federation of more than 100 mutual insurance companies serving French medical professionals. The group struggled with disparate, unstructured data across multiple databases, which created daily reporting requests that overloaded the IT department and delayed access to critical portfolio and management statistics.

After a competitive selection the group implemented QlikView, completing the project in six months and rolling out department-specific apps to 25 users (first app delivered in two weeks).
