Textron Specialized Vehicles, a diversified vehicle manufacturer, needed to standardize and consolidate SAP data while migrating from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA. The company required a way to extract IT and OT data from multiple systems, maintain secure access for business users, and deliver analytics-ready data in near real time to support manufacturing and sales insights.

TSV implemented the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform with Qlik Cloud Data Integration (Qlik Replicate), using a lakehouse architecture with change-data-capture, Delta Live Tables, and normalization rules to produce reliable, query-ready tables. The solution streams updates every few minutes (business data refreshes in about 25 minutes), reduced replication management time and compute costs (about a 25% reduction to date with a goal of <10% ongoing maintenance), and established a single source of truth for faster, more reliable analytics.
