SWSPHN migrates to Qlik to optimise insights, collaboration and security

South Western Sydney Primary Health Network (SWSPHN) is one of 31 Australian PHNs, serving around one million residents and supporting 1,300 GPs across 400 practices. The organisation’s 100 staff relied on multiple internal and external, often unstructured, datasets to allocate government funds, meet changing DoHAC reporting requirements and support providers — while its on‑premises Qlik setup limited licensing, real‑time visibility and security needs such as ISO 27001 certification.

SWSPHN migrated to Qlik Cloud Analytics with implementation support from Notitia (completed in 10 days), preserving existing apps, providing training and aligning branding. The move delivered flexible licensing, secure real‑time access, better integration and team collaboration, faster and more accurate government reporting, and improved program design — with pilots in mental health and alcohol/drug services and KPI dashboards for the Board that will be rolled out to around 50 health organisations.
