SVS Vision is a nearly 50-year-old eyeglass and contact lens manufacturer and retailer based in Mount Clemens, Michigan, operating more than 80 locations across nine states. Though each store offers a personalized patient experience, the company needed to better manage common KPIs—starting with exam volume—eliminate manual spreadsheet reporting, and make more valuable use of existing business data with a low-friction, deployable solution.

Working with WIT Solutions, SVS replaced static reports with Qlik Sense dashboards rolled out from corporate to individual stores, giving staff at all levels fast, accurate access to exams, orders, sales and other KPIs. The result is a more interconnected, data-driven business: reporting is quicker and automated, store performance conversations are more actionable, users save time (pulling daily/weekly/monthly reports automatically), and the organization is expanding dashboard use across 85 locations while uncovering new use cases.
