IDS moved from Excel to QlikView and then to Qlik Sense, adopting drag-and-drop visualizations, a powerful data-indexing engine and storytelling features to combine performance and cost reporting into single dashboards with KPIs like delivery and pick-up performance, cost per kilo and cost per country. The result was faster, interactive visualization of cost patterns, transport and cargo flows, easier detection of trends and outliers, accelerated decision-making, improved customer performance and greater transparency for both customers and carriers.
