SunExpress, a Turkey–Germany leisure airline, faced mounting challenges as data from multiple sources grew: manual, time-consuming and error-prone analysis hindered interdepartmental collaboration and slowed decision-making across flight operations, finance, HR and other teams.

Partnering with BI Technology, SunExpress implemented Qlik Sense with ETL pipelines (SAP Data Services, Python) and a Vertica data store to automate and standardize reporting. The new environment delivers fast, in-memory visualizations, eliminates manual errors, accelerates access to trusted insights and has driven broader adoption across departments—enabling quicker, more accurate decisions.
