After a one-month pilot SMC deployed the Qlik Analytics Platform integrated with its Sugar CRM to create a single source of truth. Qlik consolidated data from diverse sources (including PDFs), enabled analysts to build and deploy apps without heavy IT support, and scaled to thousands of users—delivering cost-effective, near‑real‑time insights that streamlined reporting, revealed sales and logistics trends, and supported analysis across two million part numbers.
