Save the Children Moves Real-time Data to Azure Data Lake with Attunity

Save the Children, a global nonprofit serving children for over 100 years, needed faster, more flexible reporting. Their IT Business Solutions Group found data siloed across CRM and ERP systems and relied on out-of-date Excel snapshots, so they launched a BI initiative to move data into a cloud-based data lake and enable real-time analytics.

They implemented Attunity Replicate to stream data from CRM and ERP into Azure Data Lake Storage and Azure SQL Data Warehouse, feeding Power BI and self-service analysts with up-to-the-minute information. Reporting is now always current, analysts can respond immediately to program and financial needs, and the team is exploring Attunity Compose to further automate the data warehouse lifecycle.
