Samsung Electronics UK needed timely, consistent store-level data to manage sales versus targets, stock levels, training and compliance across 100+ Area Development Managers. Relying on weekly Excel spreadsheets was slow, inconsistent and made it hard to get real-time, actionable insights during store visits.
Working with Horsa, Samsung deployed a Qlik Sense mobile retail-marketing app loaded with five years of sales data and live updates, plus geofencing, ranking and alerting. ADMs can now view a consistent, real-time picture on mobile/tablet, with ~90% regular adoption, roughly two hours saved per ADM per week (about a 20% efficiency gain), faster issue identification, streamlined retail marketing and plans to roll the solution out across other European divisions.
