Van Oirschot is a family-owned Belgian wholesaler of heating and installation materials with five branches, a central distribution centre and more than 90 employees offering transport, stocking and other value-added services to professional installers. After automating warehousing and finance with Microsoft Dynamics, the company still struggled to produce consistent, flexible reporting and gain quick insight from its Navision data to meet rising competition and customer service expectations.

Working with partner Credon, Van Oirschot ran a QlikView “Seeing is Believing” trial and then built eight QlikView applications across sales, procurement, logistics, finance and inventory. The interactive apps (used on desktops and iPads) let teams explore data independently, which improved service levels, increased warehouse productivity and margins, enabled faster issue resolution and provided better cash‑flow and stock visibility—driving ongoing operational improvements.
