QlikView turns Bouman GGZ into clicking addict

Bouman GGZ, the Netherlands’ largest mental health organization specializing in addiction with over 850 staff across 50+ locations, struggled with a highly compartmentalized information landscape: finance, HR and clinical departments each delivered data in different formats from three core systems (Decade, Beaufort, User), resulting in delays, inconsistent reports and no easy way to combine patient, personnel and financial data or produce real‑time management information ahead of DTC‑based accountability.

Bouman piloted and then rolled out QlikView (with partner JIS), extending access to 30 users in under two weeks. QlikView combined data‑warehouse and BI functionality, consolidated the source systems, delivered up‑to‑date, consistent views for managers, reduced support burden and raised efficiency and productivity, and provided alerts and reporting needed to support DTC compliance and faster decision‑making.
