KG Knutsson is a long-established, family-owned Swedish distributor (680 employees, ~€200M turnover) representing major vehicle and marine suppliers across Scandinavia and the Baltics. The company struggled to get clear, timely insight from its Movex (Lawson M3) ERP—making reporting slow, inflating inventory and working capital costs, and weakening accounts receivable management.

KG Knutsson deployed QlikView across 200 users in sales, supply chain and finance, building apps for sales statistics, AR, inventory and accounting and using QlikView Server/Publisher for security and data handling. The rollout cut reporting time substantially (the group controller saves about one workday per week), improved inventory control and margins by reducing storage and obsolete products, tightened receivables and cash flow, and eased IT burdens from ad-hoc report requests.
