Region Skåne Habilitation and Assistive Technology Services is a Swedish healthcare unit that supports people with permanent disabilities through therapy and assistive technology. Facing six different operational systems and time-consuming, manual SQL/Excel reporting, they needed better visual analysis and faster access to trusted data to improve planning and resource allocation (for example, matching sign-language interpreters).

Region Skåne deployed QlikView to about 50 users across client administration, staff scheduling, patient records and finance, with two developers maintaining apps and one-day internal end-user training.
