WECO Pyrotechnische Fabrik, Europe’s leading fireworks manufacturer with three German sites and a broad retail footprint, faced complex multi-stage production and import planning tied to tight statutory sales windows. Their analysis relied on slow, error-prone exports from Microsoft Dynamics NAV into Excel, so issues were only visible after processes completed and corrective action was too late.

WECO deployed QlikView (implemented with partner CBS) to 10 users after a three-day “Seeing is Believing” workshop, creating a single system for analysis, reporting and dashboards with daily updates. The result: much faster, more accurate decision-making, real-time visibility to intervene during production, optimized costs and planning, and significantly reduced time spent producing reports so the team can focus on core business.
