PerfectServe, a Knoxville-based provider of physician contact and patient-care communications serving hospitals and practices across 130+ U.S. markets, needed a way to give clinical teams faster, self-serve access to analytics. As the company grew rapidly (about 50% annually), its monthly standard reports were too slow and relied on PerfectServe’s developers for custom requests, limiting clients’ ability to analyze contact events, response times and outcomes on demand.

PerfectServe deployed QlikView, creating a working prototype in two days; QlikView pulls SQL data with minimal setup and delivers interactive dashboards via a 64-bit server and zero-footprint or ActiveX clients. The new solution dramatically cut time to access critical data, empowered hospitals to drill down and benchmark communications performance, improved operational reporting efficiency for PerfectServe, and supported better, faster patient-care decisions.
