Lundbeck A/S, an international pharmaceutical company focused on psychiatric and neurological treatments, faced the challenge of turning vast, paper-based and siloed clinical trial data from around the world into timely, actionable insight. The company needed a user-friendly way to simplify reporting, monitor data quality and patient recruitment, and provide fast overviews of complex clinical and operational information for better decision-making.

Working with Capana Consulting, Lundbeck deployed QlikView to consolidate more than 150 reports into two integrated QlikView files that pull and harmonize data from multiple databases onto a single electronic platform. The intuitive interface made analysis quick and accessible, enabling faster reporting, improved study planning and recruitment monitoring, stronger knowledge-sharing across teams, and reduced maintenance overhead.
