Weir Services, part of The Weir Group, is a global provider of equipment maintenance, process support and asset management serving facilities in the UK, Canada, the US and the Middle East. The business needed an ERP reporting solution that could deliver executive-level graphical dashboards and operational visibility across finance, inventory, work orders and safety systems to ensure optimal performance and reduce dependence on IT for ad-hoc information requests.

Weir deployed QlikView across six functional areas to more than 550 employees, integrating data from Movex/ Lawson, SAP and its Environmental, Health & Safety system. The solution delivered web-based executive dashboards and 50+ reports for 500+ users, improving operational control, streamlining cross-facility inventory and shift scheduling, empowering users to create custom views, and reducing IT reporting backlog.
