QlikView Electrifies Information For Home Electronics Retailer SIBA

SIBA AB is a leading Nordic home electronics retailer with more than 50 stores, 650 employees and roughly €350M in revenue. The company relied on manually compiled monthly account binders from each store, a time-consuming process that produced poor, hard-to-share results and limited management visibility.

SIBA deployed QlikView to about 200 users and used QlikView Server to distribute browser-based apps, enabling store managers to analyze sales and finance data after a five-minute tutorial. By integrating aggregated data from its Visma ERP, SIBA eliminated manual compilation, gave managers self-service access to timely insights, and achieved faster responses to trends, improved store profitability and better decision-making.
