SABMiller India, the local arm of the global brewer with ten breweries and multiple leading brands, faced fragmented data across SQL Server, Syspro ERP and 45+ supporting applications while operating under complex, state‑specific regulations. The company needed a single, auditable view of its data and far faster reporting to support statutory compliance and timely decisions across finance, manufacturing, sales and distribution.

SABMiller built an enterprise data warehouse and deployed QlikView (with KPMG support) to deliver unified dashboards and drill‑down analytics. The platform cut report generation from days to about one hour, created a single “version of truth,” improved confidence and visualization of data, and shifted the organization from manual reporting to insight‑driven decision‑making across manufacturing, distribution, stock management and compliance.
