Aon Groep Nederland, part of global risk management and insurance broker Aon, serves clients from 10 Dutch offices with 1,900 employees. Faced with slow, manual reporting processes across Finance and Operations and the need for a 360° client view and KPI-driven decision making, the organisation sought a flexible, fast BI solution to replace ad‑hoc Excel and Oracle wordbook workflows and enable self-service analytics.

Using QlikView in a 1.5‑day Seeing is Believing event, Aon integrated Salesforce, PeopleSoft, Oracle and Excel data to deliver three interactive dashboards (later expanded to six), including a Schademonitor for claims and a Shared Services Dashboard for financial reporting. The result was rapid time‑to‑value, dramatically reduced manual reporting, role‑based, mobile access to KPIs, more proactive decision‑making and improved customer satisfaction.
