EOH, one of Africa’s leading technology operators (with iOCO as its core ICT business), needed to turn fragmented legacy systems into a single, trusted source of master data to support an ERP overhaul, improve operations and customer service, and meet stricter data protection requirements like South Africa’s POPIA.
