The Kazakhstan Ministry of Industry and Infrastructural Development’s Transport Committee runs a national Situation Center that monitors road, rail, air and water transport, vehicle permits and border crossings. As part of the Digital Kazakhstan initiative, the committee faced time-consuming, error-prone analytics: staff manually pulled data from Oracle, MySQL and spreadsheets, built reports in PowerPoint, and struggled to aggregate and visualize real-time KPIs and document workflows under strict security requirements.

Qlik Sense, deployed by integrator Datanomix.pro, centralized data from multiple sources into 16 analytical applications and automated dozens of internal processes, including document workflow and vehicle monitoring reports. The solution delivered real-time dashboards for ministers and Situation Center staff, cut report counts and manual effort, and saved roughly 400 man-hours per month (plus additional annual savings), while improving detection, tracking and cross-agency decision-making.
