Brown-Forman, a major global spirits producer, acquired Casa Herradura but faced a Mexican legal restriction that prevented transferring transactional SAP data, forcing the company to build a new SAP landscape from scratch under a one‑month deadline and with limited resources.

Using Qlik Gold Client, Brown‑Forman selectively migrated master and configuration data, built test and production clients populated with non‑production transactions, and ran a mock go‑live with Qlik experts onsite. The project met the accelerated legal deadline, cut development and testing time and costs, and went live smoothly with only minimal post‑go‑live changes—enabling subsequent data migrations to proceed on schedule.
